Author Extravaganza!
Here's your chance to meet several local authors! Indigo Books & Music Store in Lakeshore, Ontario will be hosting a 2 day extravaganza on Sunday, October 4th and Monday, October 5th.
Shelley Awad will be signing copies of The Greenhouse Kids, Dan Delion's Secret on Sunday, October 4th from 12pm to 3pm and on Monday, October 5th from 6pm to 8 pm.

The Windsor Ontario Public Library will host a party for volunteers and students in their Book Buddy Program. Volunteers are teaching their book buddies to read. The party will be held on September 26, 2009 at the Windsor Public Library (Central Library), 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Literacy Day at Beach Grove Golf and Country Club

The presentation will include a reading followed by a question and answer period.
Books signings welcomed.

Free Greenhouse Kids book mark and Greenhouse Kids seed packet with each book purchase, while quantities last.
CUPE Children's Concert - Book Reading by Shelley Awad

CUPE will host a free Children's Concert event on November 15th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the University of Windsor Ambassador Room.
Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
Children's Author, Shelley Awad, will do a reading of The Greenhouse Kids, Dan Delion's Secret from 2:05 until 2:20 p.m. Books will also be offered for sale at this event at a special discounted price of $13.00 (taxes included).
The musical performance is set to begin at approximately 2:35 p.m.
